Fitness Cycling Over 60 | 5 92 miles | Crossed both bridges

Pull day went great this morning. Last time I felt like I strained my back the very first of the deadlifts. Since the deadlifts are the first thing on my routine, it impacted everything else through the workout. It was fine, I just felt it was there and felt like I needed to concentrate on keeping my core tight all day long.
No such strain today. It was a super workout.

I received an answer from customer service yesterday regarding the X3 tracker app. My question concerned the % increase in force production. In order for that number to be meaningful to me I needed to know what the increase is relative to. They said it is a comparison between my first workout and my best workout. Armed with that information I entered the stats from my first workout with the X3 Bar – no need to enter the stats between that date and when I began using the tracker (assuming, at least, that my best workout has been after I started using it). Before I entered the first workout, the app gave me a 13% increase in force production. After entering the very first workout that number BUMPED UP to a 240% increase.

5.92 miles today. We crossed both bicycle path bridges over the Columbia and rode out toward Hydro Park. Anita’s leg handled the inclines better than any other day this week. It is amazing how quickly she is improving after her broken leg and surgery.

This is a journaling book I created and published to help people who want to keep a record of their walk with God.

Hey! I created a new team on an app called Charity Miles. They have sponsors who pay 10 cents per mile for cycling and 25 cents per mile for walking or running to the charity you select. I selected the Wounded Warrior Project. My team is @Christians_Care. We now have 21 members on our team and have donated over 6000 miles. I invite you to join me.

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of “Fitness Over 60.” It is my goal to build a community of like-minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training (#x3bar) and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements of my fitness plan.

I’m getting cash back rebates from my online orders from BSP – Rewards Online Shopping Mall. I shop everything from Walmart to my local Tractor Supply Store. I have received more than $1325 back in my bank from online purchases I would have made these purchases anyway.
