    LOVE this workout, Angie!! You are my favorite instructor, BY FAR!!!! Love the written combo instructions in the corner of the screen. SUPER helpful. The music is cool and unique, the moves simple but creative and the drills at the end!!! The BOMB!!
    LOVE the KickFit series so much!! I'll do this one often!

    What a workout! Instant love, I respect the challenges. I sweat sooooo much I hate to be near me right about now. 😂The step ramped up the cardio, the ankle weights? Holy, I’ll be feeling it by the end of the day. I burned just under 300 calories and took 3000 steps. Amazing, thank you ☺️

    I’ve been waiting for this! Thanks for the new workout. That last move with the ankle weights was tough! My calories were 306, steps 2450ish

    Absolutely brilliant, love love loved this one… Sorry didnt have my ankle weights with me as house sitting at the moment., gotta say would not have been able to do the curtsy lunge with them im sure, that one was a real burner…Did the punches with 2 kg, as didnt bring my 1's… Thanks Angie, great teaching btw.. loved the screen prompts too 😉

    Great workout! Step count 2543 with 317 calories burned! I was really enjoying the kickboxing combinations, so much that I almost went back to do it again. I'm glad I didn't, because the second half of the workout kicked my butt too and my heart rate was up the whole time!
