CHEST DAY 2019



After a couple minutes of warm-up on a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical machine, jumping rope…… or any thing else you can use to let your body warm up.

Then step in the lack, find your bench and let’s start pumping the CHEST

1. FLAT BENCH BARBELL PRESS
2. INCLINE BENCH BARBELL PRESS
3. DECLINE BENCH BARBELL PRESS
4. DUMBBELL PULLOVER
5. PUSH UPS

SETS SPLIT IN 20,15,15,10,10,10,10,10 REPS
REST 30-60SECONDS
