CHANGING UP A CARDIO WORKOUT AT THE GYM



Every year I do a 30 day cardio challenge.. 7 weeks ago I broke my femur making this year look a bit different. Between me and my trainer Max, we are coming up with innovative solutions to do cardio for the next 30 days. Day 19 was created by Max himself. 5 minute elliptical (with hands behind your back), 2×30 second 1 knee push ups with balance board, 1 minute of Ab wheels with a 25lb plate, and a 3 minute bike ride on the assault bike. Do that 3 times. Join me as I embrace the challenge!
