So I briefly mentioned the warm up I do before my workouts. I do this in full 4 of my 5 regimens (I take 2 rest days/week, 3 if my body tells me I am) weekly. I remove the push ups once a week because my routine for that day is a push up/pull up circuit.
My Pre-Workout Warm Up:
#situps 3 Sets of 20 Reps
#pushups 3 Sets of 15 Reps
#legraises 3 Sets of 15 Reps
*I rest between rounds just long enough to catch my breath, then start the next one.
#HIIT 21m30s Exercise Bike/Treadmill/Elliptical *I vary machines based on my location, plus the change keeps it interesting. I omit this from my #cardio day because I’m doing about an hour of other things.
