New Exercise – Cycle Cross



Should I get a special Cycle Cross bike? Idk looked pretty cool.

Riding my mountain bike at a friends Cycle Cross track where they train for their upcoming season. Using the time for a little fitness and getting used to my new Clip Ins.

Ended up riding for about 45 minutes and it was a total of 6.6 miles. Not sure the distance of the track but I did about 11-15 laps. Heart rate was 156 average and high of 171…so steady workout but never went over the top..This goes to show anyone can get a mountain bike and ride it around their yard to burn calories!

Keep an eye out for some good moto practice coming this weekend!
