In this episode I will show step by step how to take apart a Pro-Form 585 CSE Elliptical Machine and move it down stairs. The whole process will take 30 minutes and its guaranteed to make the move quick and easy. The only tools needed are Allen Wrenches, baggies, magic marker and masking tape.
