This 4 minute high intensity intervals training called also ‘Tabata’ is built on the Dr Izumi Tabata research, is a high intensity intervals training – HIIT – where you perform as many reps as possible during a 20 sec fast work period, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times.
Fast intensity is running at 90-100% of your maximal exertion, with heavy breathing.
Slow intensity is walking at 50-60% of your maximal exertion.
