Burn fat fast with our 20 minute high intensity bike workout! This workout is no joke!

Dr. Kevin Sarich will be your own personal fitness instructor, motivating you to the very end of the bike workout!

HIIT workouts – known as High Intensity Interval Training, are the most effective way to burn fat in the shortest amount of time possible. However, most people don’t utilize this type of workout enough.

It’s recommend to perform a 10-30 minute HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, with 24 hour rest in between HIIT workouts, in addition to other variety of fitness activities.

This indoor cycling video is 20 minutes of sprint training, going as hard as you can for 8 rounds of 30 seconds, spaced with 90 seconds of low intensity.

We start the bike workout with a 5 minute warm-up and finish the workout with a 3 minute cool-down.

    I am so glad I found your channel. I've been following these workouts over the past 3 weeks and I can't tell you how I am grateful for the type of work you do.
    I am doing these workouts right after work, would I still gain the same benefits as morning. Also, I am doing these to gain stamina and endurance more so than weight loss, my assumption is, these are so intense that it should help out with that as well.
    Again, my compliments to all the work you guys do!

    Yo ! If I’m trying to lose chest fat and love handles , do I have to count calories ? I’m trying to not count calories but if I have to I will , and if I don’t have to what type of foods should I eat? I’m not super fat but I’m not super skinny . I’m trying to lean out a bit.

    I really enjoyed this workout. It was challenging but went by so fast. Made the stationary bike not so boring. This just went in my favorite list!
