So we wanted to get in better shape this year, especially after so many people in my family have health issues. Simple exercise would have prevented many of those health issues. We wanted an exercise bike that gave a full body workout, but that wasn’t thousands of dollars. So we found a pretty good exercise bike that is for those on a budget ($170.00), and it has a simple LCD screen that tells you your vitals and distance. The #SunnyTotalBodyExerciseBike or #SFB2710 is so far pretty good and suits our needs.

  • Great video! I was able to listen and follow along without really having to pay too much attention to the instructions. Like you said, all pretty basic and hard to mess up but still nice to have a guide! Thanks!

  • I'm so glad you made this video, I ordered this bike awhile back it was just sitting in my closet my husband normally does this for me, however he had major surgery last month and unable to help me so coming across your video was a blessing thank you God bless
