Hold onto a post or elevated surface, mid torso height
Stand tall and balanced, heels down slightly wider than hips
Tuck chin, roll shoulders back and down, brace abs
Next hinge at hips, sending hips back, shoulders and head forward
Then bend knees, going as low as possible
Next pull down on post and flex legs to stand back up
Repeat
